A consultant who has been in the trenches with owners
Angela founded Manna Fest Consulting after years of watching hardworking business owners pour everything into their companies – only to feel buried by the day-to-day. Hiring the wrong people. Losing the right ones. Carrying every process in their own head because there was never time to write it down.
Backed by 15+ years of leadership and 10+ years in business development – and a business owner herself in the Pacific Northwest – she skips the corporate fluff to focus on what matters most. She started Manna Fest to be the partner she wished those owners had: someone who listens first, tells the truth kindly, and builds practical systems that actually stick.
